Sticky Chicken Thighs

Sticky Chicken Thighs


  • 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs 
  • 1/4 cup cup each, white vinegar, water & sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 TBSP fish sauce
  • splash of lime juice
  • 2 TBSP chili sauce


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss chicken thighs in stirring to coat
  • Bake in 375° for about 20-25 mins or until cooked through.
  • Garnish with thinly sliced green onions, sesame seeds and lemon zest
  • Serve with rice or glass noodles
