REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All event tickets purchased are non-refundable within 10 days of event.  All event tickets purchased are transferrable to another individual. If the event or class you have purchased a ticket for is more than 10 days away you may email to request a refund.

Events Safety Policy

Allergens

Essential Kitchen will make clear to all participants of any unusual or likely allergen specific foods used in our classes, tastings and demonstrations.  It is our customers responsibility to inform our staff of any particular allergies.

Knife & Kitchen Safety

Confirmation emails will be sent once an event is booked.  If applicable knife and kitchen safety guidelines will be included reviewing basic safety information in order to protect our customers.  These guidelines will also be reviewed at the commencement of each hands-on class.
