Essential Kitchen is very proud to host Paul "The Wine Guy" Eaton on Wednesday January 18th from 6-9pm.

You will enjoy 5 different wines with an hors d'oeuvres course paired to each and learn about the wines from Paul. 

Paul has spent over 20 years as a Product Consultant at the LCBO specializing in the wine category. He has dedicated all of this time to expanding his knowledge having attended tastings in excess of 16 times per year, sampling over 75 different products, and if you do the math on it you will see that amounts to over 24,000 wines! (Lucky for us he survived it and is able to share this accumulated knowledge!) 

During that time he had the opportunity to engage with some of the most important people in the wine world and although he retired in 2019, wine is still an important part of his life.
