What you can expect; You will create a three course menu consisting of Stuffed Pork Chops, a glorious Tagliatelle & Prosciutto (one of my very fave recipes EVER) and a spicy Swiss Chard side, all of which you will re-create over and over again.  You'll enjoy the fruits of your labours together and as always, the first drink is on me:)
