What you can expect; You will make three Florentine dishes together. Panzanella is done many ways, this one is specific to Florence, Ricotta Gnocchi in a Sage Brown Butter Sauce and Green Beans with Garlic & Tomatoes! Once it's all made you will sit up at EK's big harvest table and enjoy your work. First drink is on me!
