You asked, we answered! - a fresh pasta class rooted in honouring Italian flavours. 

Join us in preparing a simple Italian meal to share. Whether it’s a romantic new lunch date experience with your other half, or a treat for you and the besties - you’ll get the recipes to recreate the menu at home and add to your personal recipe book.

Chef Lizzey will prepare fresh pasta dough ready for your arrival in order to roll, cut and create a traditional Carbonara, whilst enjoying a menu curated to bring the Italian cuisine to life.

Menu: Beer or Italian Prosecco - welcome drink 

Entrees: Toasted sourdough and an assortment of dips (caramelised balsamic onions, whipped basil butter, olive oil and balsamic vinegar)

Charred Caesar-Lettuce wedge, with fresh-made Caesar dressing and lashings of shredded pecorino, and crispy fried capers - prepared by chef Lizzey

Main course: Guests will prepare Fresh Pasta Carbonara.

No, milk, no cream. Just hand-rolled and cut pasta, black pepper, salty pecorino cheese, eggs and crispy pancetta.

Dessert: Salted-Honey Tiramisu - prepared by Chef Lizzey.

Optional addition of fresh coffees, teas or soft drinks.
