What you can expect;

First we will chat about all things knives (those of you who know me know how very passionate I am on this topic!) Next we will move onto the "whys" of different cooking techniques (expect to learn a few tips & tricks!) Moving right along we will talk about what makes a useful (& delicious!) pantry... one that will yield you the kinds of meals you want to be producing!

Finally, you'll make a super quick & delicious pasta to enjoy at EK's big harvest table (& a glass of wine on me:)
