The mystical flavours of Louisiana are exemplified in this glorious classic menu of Seafood Etouffe, Rice and Cornbread.

What you can expect; Together you will create the richly flavoured Seafood Etouffe which is a staple in New Orleans and cornbread on the side, all of which you will make from scratch! You'll learn about spice mixes of the area as well as the importance of the "Holy Trinity" in Cajun and Creole cooking!  Then sitting up at EK's giant harvest table to enjoy what you have created with friends both old and new!  First drink is on me!
